Dear Senga, I am registering a Care at Home service with the Care Inspectorate and I have been asked to write Aims and Objectives. Could you help me with this?

Hello June,

 

The Aims and Objectives are unique to each service and therefore they must to be written by the person who is developing the service.

 

I suggest you think of what you want the service to provide and what would be the short and longer term aims and record this.

 

There is a good template you could review and use which you will find here, it is from the Care Inspectorates Model for Improvement Tool.

 

Have a look on The Hub which has lots of support and guidance which will also help you develop them.
