What should I do if my work said I need to do a 5-year renewal after I paid my SSSC fee?

Dear Senga
I paid my SSSC fee in March and my place of work has said that I need to do a 5-year renewal how do I go about this?
Thanks
Caroline

Hello Caroline
You pay a fee with your application and a fee each year for the period of your registration. This is usually five years except for social workers (three years) and social work students (up to seven years). At the end of the registration period you are invited to renew your registration. You will need to renew your registration. You can do this via MySSSC or go online here
Good Luck.
