Can I deliver and give my own certificate? | QCS

Hi
I’m a qualified training provider and can deliver all the certification requirements for the new carers certificate brought into effect April 2015. Do I need to register with anyone or can I deliver and give my own certificate from the template provided? The programme also does not specify minimum training hours to complete the training is their a guide on how long each session should be e.g 4-5 for manual handling of people?
