The legal situation with regard to registration is relatively complex.

 

You will find all registered services on the Care Quality Commission (CQC) website.

 

If you go to https://cqc.org.uk/ you will see a search bar and this is where you can look for registered services.

 

There are various services that do not need to be registered and you can find information about such services on pages 5, 14, 15 and 16 of the Scope of Registration.
