If your pouring a dose of amoxicillin for a client, do they need a MAR sheet? The client is completely aware of what his medication is for, when he should take it and the dosage. He just needs a hand to pour it onto the spoon as not to spill it everywhere.

If your staff are handling the medication then there should be a MAR sheet which records that.
