I work for a small family run Nursing Home where we are a preferred provider for our council. They are now saying that they will be visiting monthly to audit our care plans ( they are doing it for all). Do we have to accept this?
Thank you for your email. I think your question is extraordinary. I have never heard such a thing before.
Have they given any reason why they are planning on visiting every month?
Unless they have given a valid reason you need to look at your contract to ascertain what is said on this subject.
Whatever happens they can only monitor arrangements for the people they are funding.
I do need to have more information please. If you would like to speak to me on the telephone please call the office on 0333 405 33 33 option 2 and leave me a message.
