Moving from our current offices | QCS

Dear Sheila,

Our business has grown and we are moving from our current offices in one of our care homes to a purpose built office suite. What do we have to do to comply with legal requirements?

Dear Sandra,

Luckily CQC has a form for notifying them of any changes to your registration details. New forms were introduced from 1 April 2015. You find CQC’s guidance at http://www.cqc.org.uk/organisations-we-regulate/registered-services/making-changes-your-registration.

You should try to inform CQC before the move takes place but otherwise as quickly as possible afterwards.

I cannot stress to you enough that you should take a copy of all information that you send to CQC.

With best wishes.

Sheila
