Quality and Commissioning Check | QCS

I have a quality and commissioning check visit for my supported living accommodation . What do I need to put in place for the visit and check?

Thank you.

Dear Olu,

Thank you for your question.

A quality and commissioning check will be looking at the contract you have with the authority.

They will want to be sure that the service you are providing complies with the terms of the contract.

I therefore think that you need to be able to demonstrate that the service that an individual is receiving is in line with the contract.

You need to be sure that you have the evidence available on the day.

Additionally if you have any sort of quality award or system in place you need to be prepared to demonstrate what that is and how it benefits ant service user.

Best wishes.

Sheila
