Dear Mustak,

This is not a quick process.

You need to work through the process as set out on the CQC website:

Perhaps the first question is do you have the necessary experience and qualifications presuming you intend to run and manage the service yourself.

You have to have all your paperwork in place before you apply for registration.

With regard to getting work once you are registered you should do some market research first.

It would be sensible to contact your local Council to enquire how they commission and purchase home care. Do they just contract with a few providers or do they need more home care provision in your area?

If you can, talk to other providers to see whether or not there is plenty of work available.

As you prepare to apply to register do look at systems such as Quality Compliance Systems (QCS) which will help.

Best wishes.
