COVID-19: Travel Update – new guidance for people vaccinated under WHO Emergency Use Listings (EUL) and Under 18s – News story 8th November

From 22nd November, COVID-19 vaccines on the WHO EUL will be recognised and all under 18s coming to England will be treated as fully vaccinated at the border. For more information, click here.

A number of new announcements have been made following the end of the consultation period and these include:

Statement to Parliament on Vaccines as a Condition of Deployment

Government to introduce COVID-19 vaccination as a condition of deployment for all frontline health and social care workers

Making vaccination a condition of deployment in the health and wider social care sector

Vaccinations will become mandatory, subject to parliamentay approval, by 1st April 2022 in health and social care settings regulated by CQC.

COVID-19: The Green Book, Chapter 14a - Updated 15th November

Guidance updated to include second doses for 16 to 17 year olds and booster doses for 40 to 49 year olds, as well as clarification on timing flexibility of the booster. For more information, click here .

COVID-19: Government accepts JCVI advice on COVID-19 vaccination programme - Published 15th November
