Self Employment and Zero Hours Contracts Policy and Procedure
New regulations regarding zero hours contracts have been introduced. The changes prevent employers from enforcing ‘exclusivity clauses’ in a zero hours contract. These changes now allow employees to accept work from other parties. This policy has been updated to reflect these changes.
