Cooperating with Other Providers Policy and Procedure
NEW: New policy setting out the policy and procedures required to promote coordination and information transfer between service providers, whether as part of a multi provider service, or on transfer between one service and another. The document gathers together some procedures which occur elsewhere in the QCS system.

The policy has been revised to incorporate requirements of mental capacity legislation regarding third-party requests for information and to clarify Information Commissioner’s Guidance regarding entitlements of subject access.
