Domiciliary Care Mental Health
Resuscitation Policy and Procedure
Updated to include Anaphylaxis, cross infection and the resuscitation of staff. This policy has been converted to the new QCS format. For Domiciliary Care and Supported Living Clients, this policy supersedes policy CP07.
Social Networking Policy and Procedure
This policy updates the Social Networking Policy and Procedure and converts it into the new policy format. The policy has been tightened up to make sure the sanctions for non-compliance are clear.
First Aid Policy and Procedure
Policy re-written in the new QCS Policy format, more detail included on first aid qualifications and the responsibilities of the service.

Unexpected Death Policy and Procedure
A new policy and procedure in the event of a sudden or unexpected death. This policy should be read alongside the Resuscitation Policy and Verification of Death Policy.
Clinical Procedures Policy and Procedure
Updated document to reflect changes to Royal Marsden edition. This policy has been reviewed to comply with the new QCS format. This update may reflect a change in reference code for residential clients; if you previously had reference code CC06, it is now CC05. It is a new policy for our community clients.
Fire Safety Policy and Procedure
Reviewed policy to reflect changes in industry best practice.
Staff Identification Policy and Procedure
No new changes to policy, minor additions to content for Community clients.Residential clients did not previously have access to this policy, it is a new
addition to their system.
Health and Safety Training Policy and Procedure
This review has been undertaken with additional information and references. Links have also been provided to clarify the legal stance and business reasons for training.
References Policy and Procedure
This is a new policy. The policy covers the giving of references both once a member of staff has left and during employment when other types of references may be required e.g. financial, etc.
