Consent Policy and Procedure

Self Employment and Zero Hours Contracts Policy and Procedure

This policy will support staff to understand the roles and responsibilities for which they are employed and includes some templates for the service to utilise. It has been reviewed and updated with coronavirus legislation added and the date on the contract document updated to 2022. The references have also been checked and updated. Further reading now includes the recent consultation to revoke VCOD Legislation in Health and Social Care settings and links to the update page whilst the Government considers next steps.
