This policy has been reviewed and updated to clarify wording and definitions – e.g. the information that needs to be reported and the definition of “employee”.
Updated to the new QCS format. Greater clarification between supervision and appraisal provided in definitions. Policy has been adapted to reflect specific dental requirements.
Policy has been converted into new policy format. Policy references relevant legislation and guidance. Policy also makes it clear what is considered smoking and the sanctions for breaching the policy.
The document has been revised to reflect the current legal limitations on questions regarding health and disability which may be asked prior to an offer of employment being made.
