Updates include: employer obligations in relation to pension auto-enrolment, additional reference to when matters are contractual and could result in disciplinary action, general conduct on social media, and more. It is recommended that staff be notified and provided with a new copy of this employee handbook within 28 days.
The document has been revised to reflect the current legal limitations on questions regarding health and disability which may be asked prior to an offer of employment being made.
