Driving for Work Policy and Procedure
This policy will support staff with driving vehicles and covers driving service users, especially during the coronavirus pandemic. It has been reviewed with an additional procedure point added around driving with service users during the pandemic, a new reference was also added.

This policy will guide staff on the process to follow if a serious incident occurs and advises on which organisations must be contacted.

This policy details the risk assessment process to ensure that any risks that may occur within a service are reduced or controlled. It has been updated to reflect the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic with new sections added. References have also been added and existing ones checked to ensure they remain current.
Accident and Incident Reporting Policy and Procedure
This policy has been reviewed and updated to reflect the new requirements relating to reporting certain incidents relating to COVID-19 as a RIDDOR.
