Quarantine and Barrier Nursing Policy and Procedure

Care Management Care Practice Region: | Reference: SCC47

This policy has been reviewed and converted to the new QCS format. It sets out to detail best practice and standards for the management of outbreaks of infection. It includes the need to ensure that the Service User is monitored and risk assessed for social isolation in the event of the need for quarantine or barrier nursing.
