It highlights the need for accurate staffing levels and how to determine this based on occupancy, dependency and effective resource management. This policy has been converted into the new QCS format. The policy content details the drive to enable Service Users to manage their own finances, where possible, and details the procedures to be followed when this cannot be achieved. Resources and further reading have been added to support both staff and Service Users in gaining a better understanding of managing finances.
