Complex Behaviour Policy and Procedure

This policy is been merged with the De-escalation Policy and Procedure as it is recognised that this is a fundamental strategy for supporting behaviours that may challenge. The De-escalation Policy and Procedure has been archived. New resources have been added to support staff who are working with people who may present with behaviours that may challenge.
