Assessing and Reducing Risk to Workforce (COVID-19) Policy and Procedure

COVID-19 Hub Health and Safety COVID-19 Region: | Reference: SHS21

New – This is a new policy to support the further easing of lockdown measures and to identify ways of supporting staff who may have been shielding to return to work safely wherever possible. The policy is also to support the risk assessment process to identify workers who may be at increased risk from COVID-19. There is a risk assessment template to support the process within the risk assessment section of the QCS management system that can be adapted to meet individual and organisational need. This policy will also assist when reviewing the business continuity plans, ensuring that there are sufficient numbers of staff.

Absenteeism Policy and Procedure
