Reference: WCM43This policy will support a service in collecting prescriptions for individuals who require prescribed medication. The policy has been reviewed with minor changes to wording and references have been checked and updated.
Pulse Rate Monitoring Policy and Procedure

Reference: WCC118This policy will support staff who are trained and competent to carry out pulse rate monitoring on individuals, where required. It has been reviewed with additional definitions and enhanced content relating to when to monitor the pulse.
Obtaining Medical Reports Policy and Procedure

Reference: WPP06This policy governs the use of medical reports in the event an employee is struggling to carry out their role and there is potentially an underlying health condition as the sole or main cause of this. It has been updated and a new template letter added to the ‘Forms’ section inviting employees to a meeting, where there is possible capability dismissal. The references have also been checked and updated.
