A letter has been added into the forms section to be issued when authorising the offer of a gift/hospitality. Maintenance Policy and Procedure

Health and Safety Residential Services Region: | Reference: WMB03

This policy details the maintenance procedures for a service to follow. It has been reviewed and the procedure updated to reflect “Hot works” and “Permit to Works” with additional bits of information. There is also reference to working safely, barriers and locking off areas, making the area safe, cleaning up and removing tools after completion or away from the work. A Permit to Work template has also been provided in the Forms section.

Working Time Regulations Policy and Procedure

Human Resources Miscellaneous Region: | Reference: WPM13

Legislation has been inserted with reference to the Working Times (Coronavirus) (Amendment) Regulations 2020. A new procedure has been included to confirm that employees are now entitled to carry 4 weeks’ paid leave into the following two annual leave years if prevented from taking holidays due to Coronavirus. A new form ‘Notice to take annual leave under Regulation 15(2) WTR 1998‘ and further references have been added, whilst the Welsh Lines of Enquiry have also been added.
