This policy details the recruitment process for ex-offenders and has been reviewed with General Data Protection Regulation 2016 included and a new definition added. References have been reviewed and updated.
This policy will support the service to care for individuals with dementia. It has been reviewed and now includes information on dementia and COVID-19. Some further reading resources, a new policy section and a new form has been added that staff should familiarise themselves with.
Policy updated to reflect the issues of COVID-19 and the need to ensure that communication processes are robust, clear and timely.

This policy details how the service will support both staff and Individuals with manual handling requirements. It highlights the need for risk assessments and regular review of risks associated with manual handling tasks, via the TILEO assessment process. This policy has been reviewed with some content changes made and the Welsh Lines of Enquiry included. References have been reviewed and checked with some additional resources also included that staff should familiarise themselves with.
