Audit Policy and Procedure

Clinical Governance Practice Management Region: | Reference: GCP09

This policy outlines the approach to Audit in the Practice and the procedures that will need to be followed to ensure effective audit outcomes. The policy and procedure has been updated to include a reference link to administration and clerical staff picking up “clinical” work under the GPFV which will need auditing. A new section has been added to your system details requiring you to state the name of your Practice Clinical Governance Lead. Please update your system details to ensure that the information contained within the policy reflects your service.
