Auditing Policy and Procedure #6
Policy reviewed and merged with the Action Planning Policy and Procedure which has now been archived. A new action plan template has been added to the ‘Forms’ section. Additionally, some new sections have been added to your system details requiring you to state (a) the number of audits you will hold per year, (b) the % of visit
logbooks audited per month and (c) how often audits and action plans will be reviewed
to ensure they remain in line with current legislation. Please update your system details to ensure that the information contained within the policy reflects your service.
