This policy details how CCTV and the use of hidden cameras will take place in the service. It has been reviewed with two new procedures added, namely; the process to follow if installing a camera is considered as a last resort, and what to do if a staff member finds an undisclosed camera. The policy title has also been updated to ‘CCTV and Use of Hidden Cameras Policy and Procedure’.
