Turnover of staff is expected and the business should ensure that it has in place a clear way of dealing with the circumstances when notice is received or given both from a care perspective but also from a commercial perspective. A new Employee Exit Questionnaire form has been added and the Employee Termination Administration Record updated. References also checked to ensure they remain current.
