Quality and Quality Assurance Policy and Procedure #5
This policy highlights the quality assurance processes that should be in place to ensure continuous improvement across a service. It has been reviewed and merged with WQQ11 ‘Quality Meetings Policy and Procedure’ to provide more streamlined content, in relation to all aspects of quality and quality assurance. The policy also now includes quality meeting template forms and a guidance document to support the process of completing quality meetings. Staff should familiarise themselves with this updated policy.
