New policy which includes the association between the verification of identity and fitness to practise, and the recommendation for all front of house and admin staff to be able to verify identity, as locums for afternoon sessions may arrive at times when only reception/admin staff are on duty or for out-of-hours sessions when no management or supervisory staff members are present.
