This policy will help staff who are responsible for developing the staff rota by adhering to the principles whilst ensuring the rota is available to all in advance and consider the wellbeing of the staff. Rotas are a fundamental part of running a service and the home manager must ensure staffing reflects service user need. The policy has been reviewed with no significant changes and references updated to ensure they remain current.
