This policy outlines the procedure to follow if a person wishes to ‘whistleblow’ and raise a concern about a wrongdoing in their workplace.  It has been updated to include procedures on how to ensure compliance with The Regulatory Reform (Scotland) Act 2014 which imposed a new personal liability on co-workers who victimise or harass whistleblowers as well as vicarious liability on the part of their employers.
