Business Mobile Phone Use Policy and Procedure

This policy outlines how business mobile phones should be used across a service. It has been reviewed and adapted to reflect the use of mobile phones when driving when all legal requirements are met. Body Temperature Policy and Procedure

COVID-19 Hub Health and Safety COVID-19 Region: | Reference: WCC10

This is a new policy which will support staff with taking an Individual’s body temperature. It gives guidance on what is a normal and abnormal temperature, and highlights the procedure to follow if a fever is suspected. A form is available for staff to record results of the procedure. Although the checking of body temperatures is considered to be a delegated nursing activity, the checking of temperatures may be required by care staff during the COVID-19 outbreak.
