To support services with the tracking process, we have produced a Staff Immunisation Tracker that protects a person's vaccination history.

Once satisfied that recording the data is justified, staff must be informed of why this data is being collected. It must not be held for longer than is necessary and only hold the required information. The Staff Immunisation Tracker from QCS meets this requirement and will only allow you to record the necessary data to evidence compliance to the government's requirements.
