Chris Boyle Employment Law Specialist
Chris is head of Napthens’ employment law team. He acts for businesses on a full range of employment law issues ranging from day to day HR advice through to Employment Tribunal claims including unfair dismissal, discrimination, TUPE and breach of contract. He also deals with commercial agents’ disputes and High Court breach of contract claims. Chris acts for all types of businesses and organisations from SMEs through to public companies, across industry sectors and also acts for individual directors and senior employees. He contributes regularly to the regional and business press on employment law issues and provides regular updates to businesses on employment law topics.
Chris joined Napthens in 2004, becoming partner in 2008. As head of the employment team Chris has overseen the growth of a highly successful department, with an expanding range of services and specialisms. At the heart of this growth has been the success of Napthens’ employment law retainer service, HR3, along with the development of training services and HR consultancy.
Chris is a member of the Employment Lawyers’ Association.
