Terry Lawlor joined QCS as Chief Product Officer in 2021, with responsibility for all aspects of product development. He is passionate about putting ourselves in the shoes of our customers so we can build products that help alleviate the pains and stresses they struggle with the most.
Terry possesses a wealth of expertise in SaaS-based software product companies. Prior to this role, he had responsibility for all aspects of product management at Confirmit, and before that held senior executive roles in product management, marketing, sales and operations at global customer experience leader SDL. His track record includes R&D leadership and stretches over more than thirty years at many high-growth software companies, such as Racal-Redac, Informix Software and SupportSoft.
Terry supports many local charities, including Sebastian’s Action Trust and Growing Places – Berkshire. He enjoys travelling to new places, is a graduate of Durham University and a keen sports fan.
