We have made changes to our hiring process to ensure we can continue to hire talent remotely in order to provide the best possible service to our customers. We have taken our recruitment process online with video interviews and online assessments. The onboarding process is also managed remotely, including the provision of software and hardware. 

As a Compliance Advisor on our Account Management Team you will be supporting our software customers in the Care sector including GP's, Dentists, Care Homes and Domiciliary Care Agencies. Our compliance management system maintains a clear market leading position in the UK Care sector with ambitious plans for continued growth.

Key Accountabilities of our Compliance Advisors:

  • Achieve agreed sales revenue targets and outcome.
  • Achieve agreed productivity targets
  • Ensure that all queries are professionally followed up in line with defined QCS processes. 
  • Follow the agreed processes in terms of documenting the outcome of each customer contact and input into the CRM system.
