We are seeking an experienced credit controller to join our team for a fixed term, 3 month contract. This role will suit an experienced credit controller with excellent customer service skills and a friendly and consultative approach. You will be supporting the UK’s leading care management system and helping everyone who cares to do a great job.  

Your job on the team will:

  • Maximise cash collections through friendly engagement by telephone and email
  • Reduce debtor days through timely communications and proactive resolution with debtors
  • Work with our customers to find the best repayment solution
  • Maintain accurate and current information across all systems
  • Work closely with the Customer Experience Team to ensure our customers continue to receive excellent service and support
  • Be busy! The QCS environment is never on pause

Where is this opportunity based? 

At QCS we are advocates of flexible working, understanding life happens outside of work. Working from home and flexibility of hours is a normal part of our Everyday Flex working style. Our people are expected to visit the QCS Hub in Uxbridge, UB11, once per calendar month.
