This role will suit an experienced credit controller with excellent customer service skills and a friendly and consultative approach. The Credit Controller is responsible for the management of defaulted and cancelled direct debits, ensuring efficient cash collection, reinstatement and resolution of issues and queries. They take full day to day ownership of the credit control process and inhouse credit control software.
