Quality Compliance Systems (QCS) has an immediate opportunity for an experienced Credit Controller to work a part-time, 6 month contract. 22.5 hours per week to be worked over 3, 4 or 5 days. A great opportunity to work daily during school hours. You will be joining our friendly Customer Experience team supporting our customers and enabling them to deliver outstanding care.

What you get to do:

  • Maximise cash collections through proactive telephone, email and written communications with debtors
  • Reduce debtor days through timely communications and proactive resolution with debtors
  • Manage payment breaks and payment plans co-operating with debtors to find the best repayment solution
  • Accurate allocation of collections on inhouse credit control software

This opportunity is part-time, 3 days per week for a duration of 6 months and ecompasses the Everyday Flex working style of QCS, working remotely from home. Our people worked remotely before the pandemic and will continue to do so afterwards.
