Quality Compliance Systems (QCS) has an immediate opportunity for an experienced Credit Controller to work a part-time, 6 month contract. 22.5 hours per week to be worked over 3, 4 or 5 days. A great opportunity to work daily during school hours. You will be joining our friendly Customer Experience team supporting our customers and enabling them to deliver outstanding care.

This opportunity is part-time, 3 days per week for a duration of 6 months and ecompasses the Everyday Flex working style of QCS, working remotely from home. Our people worked remotely before the pandemic and will continue to do so afterwards.

Fixed term contract for a period of 6 months: Develop excellent customer relationships to arrange payment breaks and plans where relevant. Collect monies outstanding whilst recognising industry challenges and being sympathetic to needs of customer. Provide feedback to CX and Finance function on effectiveness of CC measures.
