Head of Account Management is a new role to support the continued growth of Quality Compliance Systems (QCS).  You will drive performance and output, ensuring we deliver on industry-leading retention and customer experience metrics!

The job that needs doing: 

  • Lead Customer Success at QCS by continuing to define and evolve our current state and leading the delivery of a plan
  • Accountability for revenue and retention targets for existing customers
  • Upselling new and additional products into existing customers
  • Driving the customer lifetime experience by value by being accountable for all customer touchpoints; working closely with the product team to deploy products and programs to help drive business value with customers, customer goal achievement and new features
  • Partnering closely with teams across the business to ensure and embed customer success

 

Your experience: 

  • Demonstrated progressive experience in leading an Account Management team or Customer Success team
  • Experience building and managing Sales or Customer Success teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to move quickly and iterate
  • A strong strategic vision for account management, the customer experience and customer support
  • A strong customer advocate with the ability and willingness to engage directly with customers
  • The skills to be a data-driven decision maker, with a willingness to experiment and iterate
  • Effective and productive collaborator to drive cross-functional initiatives
  • TEAM. Yours matters to you. You have a reputation as a leader; positive engagement, cultivating learning, mining their unique abilities, and delivering on time, together and in budget
