The job

Quality Compliance Systems is seeking a Software Sales Executive to join the QCS team. You’ll be used to taking a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment, and be capable of delivering across as a wide range of sales functions. You’ll be adept in account management, and have the knowledge and experience to manage your own sales pipeline.

  • Achieve agreed telesales call statistics (KPIs e.g. answered call rate, abandon rate).
  • Ensure that all inbound and outbound sales leads are professionally followed up in line with defined QCS processes.
  • Proactively generate new leads through encouraging existing prospects and customers to refer new potential customers.
  • Follow the agreed processes in terms of documenting the outcome of each customer contact and input into the CRM system.
