This opportunity will provide you the experience of working in a small but mighty inhouse marketing team. As the Marketing and Communications Specialist you will support the Marketing Manager with the challenging task of ensuring all marketing content is high quality, targeted and delivered on budget.

  • Build emails in Pardot
  • Schedule processes – collaborate across teams to deliver an ever evolving efficiency
  • Proof content for 3rd party websites
  • Set up campaign tracking for partners and 3rd party events
  • Work with 3rd party publications to purchase space and manage on time content delivery
  • Work with partners to build relationships of benefit
  • Work with the design team on new content and ensure capacity levels are sufficient and deadlines can be met
  • Order print materials and merchandise
  • Face to Face Events working with organisers to purchase space, speaker slots, sponsorship
  • Webinar set up and management
