As the Policy Manager at Quality Compliance Systems (QCS), you will lead and manage the policy team for the UK’s leading care management system. You will ensure the QCS policy and policy related content continues to lead the industry in care compliance, policy writing and outstanding care quality, so we can continue helping everyone who cares to do a great job!

What you get to do as Policy Manager at QCS: 

  • Be the guiding light for the QCS Policy Team. Take strategic direction from the Head of Social Care to lead the day-to-day maintenance of the policy and policy related content  
  • Work cohesively with the QCS Content, Customer Experience, IT and Marketing teams towards our shared goal of helping everyone who cares to do a great job 
  • Ensure the QCS policy and policy related content continues to lead the industry in care compliance, policy writing and outstanding care quality 
  • Provide sector advice, guidance and support to Sales, Marketing and Customer Experience teams

Where is the QCS Policy Manager job based?  

At QCS we are advocates of flexible working, understanding life happens outside of work. Working from home and flexibility of hours is a normal part of our Everyday Flex working style. Our people are expected to visit the QCS Hub in Uxbridge, Middlesex once per calendar month.
