The Product Manager for Social Care Solutions is a pivotal member of our team who is responsible for creating product capabilities that deliver complete solutions across software, content and integrations, enabling new and improved QCS solutions to be sold to social care providers both small and large, and alongside complementary partner technologies.

Your job is to use your unique blend of communications and technical skills combined with a big-picture vision and excellent product management skills to deliver market-leading, innovative, easy-to-use software and content products, on time and on budget. In this role, you will be a champion for our products that support care providers in specialist areas such as dementia, food safety, learning disabilities and more. You will not be expected to have in-depth expertise in these specialist areas although you will be a quick learner with an understanding of the social care sector. Experience managing technology partnerships will be an advantage as these enhance our specialist product offerings. You will craft a product roadmap informed by market fit, product requirements, customer needs, and the go-to-market strategy. You will work closely with internal teams and key stakeholders, including company leadership, and will own the entire product lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical implementation to measurement and ongoing optimisation, all with an eye on building flexible and configurable products that support easy implementation and use to help us drive significant revenue growth for our products.
