Working with the QCS UK Employee Experience Team, the Australia based Recruiter will resource candidates through a variety of channels in line with the company Employee Experience processes. They will work directly with the hiring managers and be the single point of contact for the candidate’s journey. 

What are we looking for?

  • Connection with people in a poised, convincing and enthusiastic way.
  • Communication that is warm, affable and in a friendly manner.
  • Technical confidence; Microsoft Office Suite, applicant tracking tools, social media. 
  • A keen networker, initiates conversations online and offline.  
  • Diligent whilst able to work at a faster than average pace.
  • Experienced headhunter.
  • Proven ability to manage own recruitment desk.
  • Expert knowledge of the recruitment landscape in NSW. 

This is a contract position for 6 months. Salary and annual leave allowance will be pro-rated.
