As the QCS Sales Team’s Lead Qualifier, you will be reaching out to company generated leads and arranging software demonstration appointments for our sales team. You will be speaking with our potential customers – the amazing people who manage care in both care homes and agencies- and be contributing to QCS’s commitment to helping everyone who cares to do a great job.

What you get to do as Lead Qualifier at QCS:

  • Identify and generate new opportunities for the QCS sales team through outbound calling of new and historic leads
  • Pre-qualify sales enquiries
  • Schedule demonstration appointments for the team
  • Maintain accurate and current information in the CRM database
  • Work closely with the sales team and the UK Sales Manager to prioritise re-engagement of historic leads
  • Be busy! The QCS environment is never on pause

 

Your skills and attributes that will make you successful in this role:

  • You have done this job before, and you loved it!
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in an outbound, high volume, call environment
  • Targets motivate you
  • Your approach is always, “how can I help”
  • You are experienced working remotely
  • You’re the annoying co-worker who is always early and prepped for the meeting
  • You can be trusted to work unsupervised

Where is this opportunity based?

At QCS we are advocates of flexible working, understanding life happens outside of work. Working from home and flexibility of hours is a normal part of our Everyday Flex working style. Our people are expected to visit the QCS Hub in Uxbridge, Middlesex once per calendar month.
