Sales Operations at QCS is responsible for the day-to-day support of the company's sales team by creating, evaluating, and optimising data sets and sales applications. They will manage sales administration, oversee business analytics and attainment planning, and direct Sales Force enablement.

Sales Operations is an effective communicator, someone who is able to stimulate and motivate others while being aware of and responsive to their needs and concerns. They must be friendly and genuinely interested in the business, agenda, and needs of others, including the company, its management, the team, and our customers. A persuasive, teaching style of communication is required to communicate the company's policies, programs, and systems. Working at a faster-than-average pace will be the norm.
This is a full-time permanent opportunity. At QCS we are well equipped for all employees to work remotely.
