  • QCS Software, and Support.

A small company supporting adults with Learning Disabilities, through Day services and Supported Living, working towards CQC Registration, updating policies and reviewing Care Records, Documents and record keeping. At the same time, the need to produce policies and procedures at very short notice in support of a referral, bid, training or other in-house need. The QCS on-line search engine, (often just one key word), finds the correct policy or document very quickly. The ability to download is invaluable for bid documents, and in-house training. The Policy Centre is very well structured for easy navigation and guiding my internal directory structure for document storage. The manuals are of a high quality and already are passed around senior colleagues. If you are busy, this is an invaluable support tool to help you with CQC and the regular emails when policies are updated ensure you are kept up to date. Alan

Since 2008 we have strived to build a widely trusted and respected brand. Our management system software and paper manual templates are specifically designed to conform to the Fundamental Standards set out by the CQC, the public body tasked with regulating, inspecting and reviewing all health and adult social care services in England.

Access to our instant software updates and constant flow of information through paper updates makes it easier to stay up to date with the latest regulatory requirements and best practice.
