  • Expert Contributors Wanted

    QCS is the industry leader in supporting Health and Social Care providers through the regulatory minefield of registration and inspection.      This opportunity is well suited to professionals experienced in authoring reports, policies and interpreting and writing procedures with accuracy and the appropriate tone. The depth of expert resources we require to ensure we are supplying an exceptional product is ever growing.   • Future opportunity to join our Customer Services Team

    We invite experienced customer care professionals to consider a future at QCS. Our Customer Care Team is based at the QCS office in the centre of Uxbridge - the team is a help desk with a personal approach; friendly, supportive, a provider of industry knowledge in a manner that is not time pressured. If you have worked in a customer care role in the care, insurance, education or health sector or in a government organisation, your acquired skills would be beneficial to the role.

    The QCS Customer Care Executive:

    • supports our users by email and telephone to ensure our software delivers to their needs.
    • takes enquiries to the next level as required, interpreting need, researching and responding.
    • is the friendly and professional voice of QCS, supporting our users in achieving their compliance goals.
     

    The person we seek:

    • is familiar with the Care industry, personally or professionally.
    • is a skilled listener, intuitive and fact finding is a confident user of business systems and CRM.
    • possesses an excellent telephone manner, spoken and written English language skills.
     

    This is a full-time and permanent position operating in flexible shifts. We are offering salary, plus KPI bonus scheme, a benefits package inclusive of pension, up to 28 days holiday and added perks.

    We invite experienced telephone sales professionals to consider a future at QCS. Our Telephone Sales Team is based at the QCS office in the centre of Uxbridge - the Telephone Sales Team balances a friendly and consultative approach to their opportunities with a determination to achieve their individual sales goals. They are highly knowledgable about our product and the positive difference a QCS system can make in a care environment. If you are an expert at and have a passion for telephone sales with experience selling software or similar technology product we would like to hear from you.

    The telephone sales team operates on a flexible shift rotation between 8am and 6pm. We offer a competitive salary, bonus scheme, a benefits package inclusive of pension, up to 28 days holiday and added perks.
