  • Head of Policy Administration

    QCS is leading the healthcare compliance market with our extensive offering of care management software. Our aim is to provide the greatest wealth of knowledge available in the marketplace, aiding compliance and improving healthcare standards. Policy accuracy and timing is paramount to our success and therefore this new opportunity, Head of Policy Administration, is being created to lead the in-house policy administration team and our expanding group of professional contributors. The focus is to:

    • provide leadership and guidance to the Policy Administration team, keeping the focus on productivity and quality
    • liaise with our expert contributors; manage the contribution timeline, review and feedback
    • be the expert administrator; take a creative approach to improving administration inline with the business needs
     

    The person we seek is:

    • an expert administrator with a genuine interest in process and office systems
    • experienced leading in a collaborative environment
    • educated to degree level or similar with excellent spoken and written English / capable proofreader

  • Customer Care Executive

    The QCS telephone teams are critical to our success and the Customer Care team is paramount to our users gaining the most benefit from our product. This is a telephone role based at the corporate office in Uxbridge, a help desk with a personal approach; friendly, supportive, a provider of industry knowledge in a manner that is not time pressured. The QCS Customer Care Executive:

    • supports our users by email and telephone to ensure our software delivers to their needs
    • takes enquiries to the next level as required, interpreting need, researching and responding
    • is the friendly and professional voice of QCS, supporting our users in achieving their compliance goals
     

    The person we seek:

    • is familiar with the Care industry, personally or professionally
    • is a skilled listener, intuitive and fact finding
    • is a confident user of business systems and CRM
    • possesses an excellent telephone manner, spoken and written English language skills

  • Part-time Customer Care Executive

    We invite experienced customer care professionals to join our Care Team on a part-time basis. The Care Team is based at the QCS corporate office in Uxbridge, a help desk with a personal approach; friendly, supportive, a provider of industry knowledge in a manner that is not time pressured. This opportunity will suit someone with availability in the middle of the weekday (example shift options: 10am-2pm, 10:30am-2:30pm, 11am-3pm, 11:30am-3:30pm) 16 hrs per week (4 days) or 20 hrs per week (5 days). A previous customer care role in the care, insurance, education, health or a government organisation would be beneficial. The QCS Part-time Customer Care Executive:

    • supports our users by email and telephone to ensure our software delivers to their needs
    • takes enquiries to the next level as required, interpreting need, researching and responding
    • is the friendly and professional voice of QCS, supporting our users in achieving their compliance goals
     

    The person we seek:

  • Team Leader, Customer Care

    A Team Leader is immediately required to guide our growing Care team. The Care team is a help desk with a personal approach; friendly, supportive, a provider of industry knowledge in a manner that is not time pressured. Our customers are the organisations focused on achieving compliance and improving care in the UK and it is critical that our Care team enables them to achieve this. We seek experienced help desk/customer service advisors with knowledge from care, health or education or related government organisations. The Team Leader:

    • supports our users by email and telephone to ensure our software delivers to their needs
    • handles escalated user enquiries; interpreting need, researching, decision and response
    • first point support and guidance for the Care team members
     

    The person we seek:

    • has been a lead or supervisor in a team environment
    • is a skilled listener, intuitive, fact finding and confident in their decision making
    • possesses an excellent telephone manner, spoken and written English language skills and is an experienced user of CRM systems
