  • Compliance Advisor

    QCS has an immediate need for an inside sales professional. The job title is Compliance Advisor but do not be deterred by this industry relevant title, this is an inside sales role for experienced telephone sales executives.

    The QCS Sales department is a high volume, fast paced, highly productive telephone sales environment. The team is multi-skilled, capable of delivery across sales functions; inbound, outbound and account management. Each team member manages their desk with a high degree of autonomy, taking ownership of their sales pipeline and managing leads in line with company processes. Product and sector knowledge is critical to the success of the Sales Department. Individuals are encouraged to take advantage of all learning opportunities and strive to achieve the objectives they agree in their PDP reviews.

    The QCS Compliance Advisor:

    • Is customer focused - Understanding our customer and showing an interest in what their needs are and how our product can assist them in achieving their compliance requirements, freeing them up to be able to concentrate on the caring aspects of their role.

    Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate:

    • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills demonstrating the ability to communicate confidently at all levels and overcome sales obstacles effectively.
    • Highly motivated, self-driven with a proven record in sales in telephone based B2B environment.
    • Experienced user of CRM systems, Salesforce experience would be advantageous.
    • Excellent listening/customer qualification skills to accurately identify customer needs throughout the sales process.
    • Willingness and ability to engage and learn new information from both internal and external sources.

  • Finance Manager

    QCS now requires a full-time, permanent Finance Manager. This is an exciting time and a unique opportunity for a capable Finance Manager to expand their skillset and experience a start-up environment. Reporting directly to the Finance Director the role will play a key part in building robust and scalable finance processes, enabling the business to continue on this exciting growth path. The Finance Manager will have full day to day ownership of all financial accounting tasks as well as playing a supporting role in driving the business forward through insight and analysis.

  • Apprenticeship - Business Administration

    QCS seeks a Business Administration Apprentice to start in September 2018. We are a fast growing software company and the Business Administration Apprentice will be an active and involved member of our team. We will involve you in a wide range of work related to HR and facilities management and you will have the opportunity to interact with teams across the business including Sales, Finance, IT, Marketing and Customer Care.

  • Domiciliary Care Policy Lead

    The QCS Policy Team comprises of administrators, policy and procedure writers and external subject specialists for Domiciliary Care, Nursing and Care Homes as well as GP and Dental Services. The team ensure that QCS is continuously offering a product and services portfolio to support our customer’s ability to meet regulatory requirements, deliver outstanding care and ensure evidenced based best practice is followed. The policies and procedures reflect the unique requirements for each regulatory authority (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) and ensure a product for each nation and sector. QCS has strived to build a widely trusted and respected brand based on the quality of our content and our commitment to help support providers in delivering outstanding care and the Policy Team is crucial to our success.

    The QCS Domiciliary Care Policy Lead will be a catalyst for collaboration in respect of policy development with all relevant QCS contributors and will work closely with other team members to support growth areas. This opportunity is based in Uxbridge with remote working options, a minimum of 1 day per week in the Uxbridge office is required.

    The Domiciliary Care Policy Lead will:

    • Effectively communicate. Possessing excellent written skills, can explain things well using language people will understand with the ability to translate complex language into simple easy to use resources
    • Be engaged. Constantly monitor Domiciliary Care related legislation and best practice resources to ensure QCS offers the optimum policy service for relevance and quality.
    • Be innovative. Ensure the QCS product and services portfolio continues to lead the industry in care compliance, policy writing and quality.
    • Work cohesively with the Policy, Customer Care and IT teams from creation to delivery of new policy and service offerings.
    • Be self-disciplined - Keeping a schedule and organised work day, respecting deadlines and managing time effectively.
     

    Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate or show evidence of:

    • a senior role within the domiciliary care sector.
    • a thorough understanding of the CQC Fundamental Standards.
    • a track record of writing evidenced based, organisational policies across a broad range of subjects or have been part of a business development/ tender writing team.
    • that they value systems and are experienced in the assessment, creation and implementation of policies
    • expert stakeholder management and a natural ability to communicate at all levels.
