    This is a good system which gives me confidence that I have an awareness of current compliance requirements. I subscribed to it for guidance with policies/procedures and it has met my expectations. I would recommend it but I've given four stars and not five as I feel it needs quite a bit of amending to work for a small care home which simply doesn't have the staffing to implement the policies exactly as they are written. It's comprehensive but I would like to see more on care planning. Christine
